Interpreting
Pricing for interpreting can be very complicated and expensive,but here at ORO we make it simple and inexpensive. This section includes everything you need to know about pricing for interpreting services. We’ll breakdown our pricing based on the type of interpretation as well as and the amount of time needed for the service. Most companies have a two hour minimum, which forces you to pay for more than the time you need service. However, at ORO, we can break down your appointments into sessions as short as 15 minutes.
Video Conference
15 min= $30
30 min= $60
45 min= $80
60 min= $100
*any Interpreting Services over 60 minutes will be charged at a $1.00 per minute rate after the initial $100 charge.
On-Site (Same pricing as Video, *except for the potential traveling costs)
* In certain circumstances where the Interpreter needs to travel a significant distance to provide services, there will be an additional charge for travel:
Davis County: No charge
Weber County: No charge
Salt Lake County from SLC north: $0.35 per mile
Box Elder from Tremonton south: $0.35 per mile
Rest of the state of Utah: $0.55 per mile
Phone $2.00 per minute (5 Minute minimum)
Translating
There are a number of situations where having an adequate translation is essential. Whether it is a simple message or memo to a colleague or client, or a more lengthy report or presentation. Oro can provide you with a solution that will provide the best written solution, as well as a competitive price.
Basic
For basic translations such as e-mails, letters, or general text, here are the rates:
Less than 100 words = $0.15 per word.
More than 100 words= $0.10 per word (*).

* substantially long bodies of text may qualify for an even more discounted rate.

Other
For other Services such as medical, legal, or technical documents, please email me a copy or an explanation of the project for a quote.
*the prices listed above are for translation services with more than 48 hours notice. All documents needing translating and are given with less than 48 hours notice will be charged double the standard rate.
